DDR2 Memory Module

The DDR2 Memory Module is a memory module for DDR2 memories. The modules supports memories from 256Mb up to 2Gb with a total width of 4, 8, 16 or 32 bit.

The board contains three FBGA DDR2 memory footprints. Two footprints are suitable for 16bit, 8bit and 4bit memories with up to 2Gb. The third footprint is to carry a memory for parity.

The footprint is designed such that it can carrier the different packages (60, 68, 84 and 92 ball) of these memory types.

• LEDs to indicate power status and for general use
• Termination on all signals (optional)
• Own 1.8 Volt regulator
